The Mogården

The Mogården is a bit different than other hotels. We have no reception, and you book, pay, check in and out on your own. Stay for a night or two, or for longer period of time. Rooms are designed for a comfortable stay. In Mogården everything is facilitated for self-catering. You will find what you need to cook your own food in our fully equipped kitchen. We also have bicycles at your disposal, and if you come by car, we have plenty of space for parking.

In Orkanger

The Mogården is very centrally located in the heart of Orkanger. Walking distance to the bus stop, shops, cafès and resturants,. Idrettsparken and Orklahallen, the industrial area Grønøra and St. Olavs close by. Orkanger is one of the most important industrial hubs in central Norway. The industry is mainly in the area Grønøra, just west of the estuary of the river Orkla. The largest industrial companies on site are Norsk Kylling, Isfjord Norway, Technip FMC, Orkel AS,  Shawcor, Washington Mills and Elkem Thamshavn.

The rooms have private bathroom, TV with internet access, free private wifi, desk with a reading lamp and chair, armchair or day bed and wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are included.

The kitchen is shared with the rooms on the same floor. Private refrigerator and a storage drawer for food assigned to each room . Here you will find everything you need to make your own meals.

Mogården is equipped with modern door locks with PIN code. You will receive your PIN by email, and do not even need to "check in"! Your PIN will work in the period you have booked the room.
